Mrs Kaur’s Bakery & Café is a legacy premium bakery brand founded in 2006, known for introducing India’s first soft cookie and for its handcrafted desserts, artisan breads, and café experiences.With multiple outlets and a central production kitchen, we serve both individual customers and institutional clients through customized dessert solutions, corporate gifting, and event catering.Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven B2B & Institutional Sales Manager to lead and grow our corporate, gifting, and event-based sales.This role will focus on acquiring and managing key accounts for:- Corporate gifting - Wedding & celebration gift boxes - Milestone events - Corporate & private catering - Bulk dessert orders - Festival hampersYou will be responsible for building long-term partnerships and converting opportunities.Location: Gurgaon (frequent travel within Delhi NCR)Work Week: 6 days (with 1 day WFH)Timings: 10am to 6pmKey Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation- Identify and onboard corporate clients, HR teams, event planners, wedding planners, hospitals, real estate firms, and gifting agencies. - Build a strong pipeline of B2B and institutional leads. - Actively network through industry events, exhibitions, and referrals.2. Account Management- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. - Understand client cycles (festivals, anniversaries, launches). - Ensure repeat and bulk orders. - Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.3. Proposal & Deal Closure- Prepare customized proposals and quotations. - Coordinate internally for feasibility and pricing. - Negotiate within approved margins. - Close deals and secure advances.4. Product & Customization Coordination- Work closely with the Central Desk and Base Kitchen on: Custom packaging, Branding requirements, Delivery timelines, and Special requests - Translate client requirements into actionable briefs.5. Sales Planning & Targets- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly B2B revenue targets. - Develop seasonal sales strategies (Diwali, weddings, corporate cycles). - Track pipeline and conversion ratios.6. Market Intelligence- Track competitor offerings and pricing. - Identify emerging gifting and event trends. - Share insights with management for product development.7. Reporting & Documentation- Maintain CRM / lead tracker. - Submit weekly sales reports. - Track order status and collections. - Ensure proper invoicing and compliance.Skills and Qualifications- 3–6 years experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, hospitality sales, gifting, or events. - Proven track record in closing institutional accounts. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Comfortable with Excel, CRM, and proposal tools. - Ability to work independently and manage pipelines.What We Offer- Opportunity to build and lead a high-growth B2B vertical. - Direct exposure to founder-led strategy. - High ownership role. - Competitive fixed + incentive structure. - Long-term leadership opportunities.
