This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people and also likes managing operations behind the scenes.Key ResponsibilitiesTele Calling & Lead Handling- Make outbound calls to property seller, buyers and investors - Handle inbound enquiries from portals, ads, and WhatsApp - Explain basic project details and pricing - Follow up with leads and nurture prospects - Fix site visits and meetings for the sales teamSales Coordination- Coordinate between sales team and clients site visits - Manage booking forms, KYC, and basic documentation - Maintain lead records, inventory sheets, and follow-up trackers - Support the sales team with daily operations - Prepare basic reports and updates for managementRequired Skills- Good communication skills in Hindi & English - Confident on phone calls and client handling - Organised and detail-oriented - Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM) - Real estate experience is a plusPreferred Qualifications- 1–3 years experience in telecalling, real estate sales, or coordination preferredWhat We Offer- Fixed salary + incentives - Growth opportunity in real estate sales - Exposure to premium residential & commercial projects - Supportive and fast-growing work environment
