Driven by excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction, ACES continues to set new industry benchmarks with its innovative and efficient services.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with key clientsAct as a single point of contact between clients and internal teamsCoordinate with operations to ensure timely vehicle and equipment deploymentSupport quotations, rate negotiations, and work order closuresTrack account performance, billing, and payment follow-upsResolve client issues and ensure high service satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For1-4 years of experience in logistics/transportation/project cargoStrong client-handling and coordination skillsUnderstanding of ODC / project logistics is preferredGood commercial and communication skillsWhat We OfferExposure to large infrastructure and EPC clientsGrowth opportunities in a reputed logistics organisationHands-on role with end-to-end account ownership
