Position: Sales Head – Water Treatment ChemicalsExperience: 15–30 yearsLocation: Preferably Chennai/Mumbai/Delhi; open to Pan-India candidatesKey Roles & Responsibilities:Lead and manage techno-commercial sales and marketing activities for Water Treatment chemicals.Drive new product development, including market assessment, customer trials, and commercialization.Plan, execute, and review sales performance and operational effectiveness in line with business objectives.Manage the consultants, key clients, and strategic partners.Oversee credit evaluation and inventory/stock planning.Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination with production, R&D, supply chain, and finance teams.Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and market expansion plans.Represent the organization through frequent international travel, participation in global exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums.
