Position: Sales RepresentativeMarket: Delhi NCRBase Location: Gurgaon Experience CentreCompany: Sollfege Smart Electronics LimitedExperience: Minimum 2 years – mandatory, in the same fieldRole SummaryThe Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales across the Delhi NCR market, operating from Sollfege’s Gurgaon Experience Centre. This role is strictly for candidates with prior hands-on experience in premium audio, video, home theatre, and home automation sales, capable of independently handling customers, designers, and projects with minimal training.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Market Development- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Delhi NCR region. - Handle walk-in customers at the Gurgaon Experience Centre and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. - Manage and close inbound leads generated through digital marketing, references, and enquiries. - Conduct regular field visits across Delhi NCR to meet architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants. - Actively generate project-based business in residential and commercial segments. - Demonstrate and present premium audio-video, home theatre, and automation solutions confidently.Customer Engagement & Solution Selling- Understand technical and lifestyle requirements of customers and recommend appropriate system configurations. - Prepare quotations, BOQs, and proposals in coordination with the technical and back-office teams. - Negotiate and close deals strictly as per company pricing, discount, and credit policies. - Maintain Sollfege’s premium brand positioning through professional conduct and service standards.Order Execution & Collections- Coordinate with technical, installation, and delivery teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution. - Ensure timely collections as per agreed payment terms. - Follow up on outstanding payments until closure.Reporting & Compliance- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, closures, and collections. - Submit periodic sales and activity reports to the Sales Head / Store Manager. - Adhere strictly to internal processes, compliance, and reporting requirements.Mandatory Candidate Criteria (Non-Negotiable)- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field, i.e.: - Premium Audio & Video - Home Theatre Solutions - Home Automation / Smart Home Systems - Prior experience in selling to architects, interior designers, builders, or HNI residential clients is mandatory. - Proven track record of closing high-value projects. - Strong technical understanding of AV and automation products and system integration.Skills & Competencies- Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability. - Technically sound with solution-based selling approach. - Highly target-oriented and self-driven. - Comfortable working from an Experience Centre as well as on-field across NCR. - Proficient in CRM, Excel, and email. - Two-wheeler preferred for NCR travel.Compensation & Benefits- Competitive fixed salary above industry standards. - Performance-linked incentives based on achieved targets. - Opportunity to work with premium global brands and a growing national presence.
