The vision is clear: build India’s first global luxury powerhouse from Gurugram and then take it to key international markets.About the roleOur client is expanding their team rapidly, and it are looking for dynamic, articulate, and driven individuals to join the Business Development/Sales team.This isn’t just another role; it’s your chance to help shape India’s first global luxury powerhouse, blending culture, fashion, and commerce at scale.What you'll be doing- Prospect & Acquire Customers - Make cold calls and warm follow-ups to potential customers interested in luxury sneakers, streetwear, and fashion. - Educate customers about product authenticity, pricing advantages, drops, and limited-edition collections, and convert them into long-term buyers. - Drive Revenue & Growth - Own daily/weekly revenue and conversion targets, working closely with team leads to hit aggressive growth goals. - Upsell and cross-sell across categories (sneakers, apparel, accessories) to increase customer lifetime value. - Customer Experience & Relationship Building - Act as a trusted advisor for customers buying high-ticket luxury products, ensuring a smooth and premium buying experience. - Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM and build a strong repeat-customer pipeline. - Market Intelligence & Feedback - Share on-ground feedback with the leadership team on customer preferences, pricing sensitivity, and product demand. - Collaborate with marketing and operations to refine campaigns and offers based on real-time customer insights.Who we're looking for- Strong, fluent communicators who can build rapport quickly and handle high-intent luxury buyers with confidence. - Self-starters who are comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and working with performance-linked targets. - A sharp eye for opportunity and a results-driven mindset; you enjoy selling, negotiating, and closing. - Experience: 1 year of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles preferred (Motivated freshers are welcome to apply) - Highly motivated freshers with a strong communication and hustle mindset are also encouraged to apply.Compensation, Location, and Growth- Base Salary: 4.8 LPA - Performance-based uncapped Incentives - Location: Role is based out of Gurgaon (Gurugram) at the brand’s HQ / sales hub.Why this role is a big opportunity:- Work directly with a Shark Tank–featured, VC-backed luxury startup in hypergrowth mode. - Be part of a 150+ member sales build-out, which means faster career progression into Team Lead/ Manager roles for top performers. - Exposure to the fast-growing luxury and streetwear industry, working with a brand that wants to be India’s first global luxury powerhouse.If you want to build a career in sales and business development in the luxury space and grow with a brand that’s scaling nationally and globally, this role is designed for you.Mail: admin@
