Job Description:
Role OverviewWe are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle investor inquiries, qualify leads, and support our senior sales team in converting interest into investments across private credit, private equity, venture debt, and REIT opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound leads from website, WhatsApp, referrals, and campaigns - Speak with potential investors and understand their investment capacity and interests - Explain Sàwai Capital’s offerings using approved pitch decks and material - Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales / relationship managers - Follow up with investors after calls and meetings - Maintain accurate records in CRM - Ensure all communication follows compliance and brand guidelinesKey Performance Area (KRAs)- Timely contact of inbound leads - Number of qualified investor leads generated - Meetings scheduled for the senior sales team - Quality of follow-ups and CRM updates - Professional communication and compliance adherenceWhat We're Looking For:- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, investment sales, wealth, or financial services - Strong communication skills and professional client handling - Ability to explain financial products clearly - Organized, disciplined, and target-oriented - Comfortable speaking with HNIs and senior professionals
