With advanced technology, state-of-the-art facilities, and a skilled team of engineers, we deliver durable, long-lasting, and corrosion-resistant storage systems.We also offer installation, maintenance, and repair services to ensure maximum performance and client satisfaction.Preferred Industry Exposure- Water Treatment Industry (ETP, STP, WTP Projects) - Biogas Reactors & Digestors Plants - Prefab Tanks & Silo Tanks - Solar / Biogas / Piping Industry - Construction & Infrastructure - Liquid Storage Tanks, Steel Tanks, SMC Panel Tanks - UPVC Pipes, Pumps & related fluid management solutionsRoles & ResponsibilitiesRevenue Target- Achieve 100% Sales Targets & Collections. - Identify opportunities through industry research & inquiries. - Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting key decision makers. - Track progress against sales targets and take corrective action with corporate office if required. - Sales order planning, revenue forecasting, and market expansion planning. - Conduct monthly reviews with the sales team.Team Building- Drive the team to achieve organizational goals in terms of ethics, revenue & profitability. - Train and mentor sales team on sales strategies, industry insights & product features.Operations- Travel within India & internationally for sales and customer meetings. - Manage partner & channel relationships. - Work with the marketing team for lead generation. - Represent the company in expos and trade fairs. - Manage project operations from sales closure to execution.Account Management- Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Support project delivery teams during implementation & handover. - Meet customers to resolve implementation and support escalations. - Handle strategic accounts and ensure regular engagement. - Provide updates to customers on new developments and product innovations.Experience & KnowledgeMust Have:- Strong domain experience in Water Treatment Projects (ETP, STP, WTP), UPVC Pipes, Pumps, Steel Tanks, SMC Panel Tanks, and Liquid Storage Solutions. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Consultative Sales Approach with strong solution-oriented mindset. - Excellent product demonstration & presentation skills. - Strong problem-solving ability with quick & accurate decision making. - Experience in handling large-scale industrial projects. - Ability & willingness to travel extensively (domestic & international).Competencies – Evaluation Criteria- Sales Skills - Consultative & Solution-Oriented Approach - Presentation & Demonstration Skills - Business Acumen - Negotiation Skills - "Never Give Up" Attitude
