The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing the complete sales cycle, conducting meetings, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive sales mindset.Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and manage potential leads from multiple sources. - Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners. - Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closing the deal. - Maintain updated knowledge of projects, market trends, and competitors. - Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and documentation. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales reports. - Participate in marketing events, property expos, and promotional activities. - Assist in brand visibility through occasional on-camera engagement for project promotions (added advantage if camera-friendly).Required Experience & Skills- 1–3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential or Commercial). - Proven record of achieving sales targets. - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle high-intent leads and build trust quickly. - Knowledge of the real estate market, project layouts, pricing, and documentation. - Proficiency in CRM tools, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. - Confident personality with a client-first attitude. - Bonus: Comfortable being on camera for content-related activities.Candidates who are:- Camera-friendly and confident on video. - Comfortable participating in reels, property walkthrough videos, and social media content. - Interested in building personal branding through content engagement with our marketing team.What We Offer- Competitive salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience & performance). - High incentive structure for every successful deal. - Growth into Senior Sales roles. - Opportunity to work on top real estate projects in Gurgaon & NCR. - Professional training, mentorship, and branding opportunities. - Dynamic, energetic work culture with career advancement.
