Identify and approach potential delegates for complimentary/paid event attendance2. Connect with potential delegates via LinkedIn, other professional platforms, and cold calling3. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive delegate revenue across events4. Generate leads, maintain strong pipelines, and ensure consistent follow-ups5. Follow up on leads generated by outside sources.6. Generate revenue through delegate sales.Skills Required:1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.2. The ability to be self-motivated and meet many critical deadlines efficiently3. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Events, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.4. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.5. Strong business development and networking abilities6. Proven experience in lead generation and follow-up7.
