We help industrial clients manage scrap disposal with 100% transparency, compliance, and fraud prevention. Current clients include YKK and Sumitomo Metal Industries.Job Description:We are seeking a Sales Executive Assistant to support our founder in scaling from 2 to 10+ enterprise clients over the next 6 months. This role is critical to our business development efforts and requires someone with B2B sales experience who can operate independently.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify target companies in manufacturing, automotive, steel, and industrial sectorsExecute LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns to C-suite and senior decision-makersSchedule 3-4 qualified client meetings per weekPrepare meeting materials, proposals, and presentationsManage CRM system and maintain sales pipelineFollow up with prospects and coordinate demosSupport contract negotiations and pilot implementationsRequired Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in B2B sales support or inside salesProven track record selling to manufacturing or industrial companiesStrong proficiency with LinkedIn Sales NavigatorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)Self-motivated with strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionCompensation & Benefits:Base Salary: ₹50,000 per monthPerformance Bonus: ₹50,000 per enterprise client closedRealistic Year 1 Total Compensation: ₹6-8 lakhsTop performers can earn ₹10+ lakhs in Year 1Direct mentorship from founderOpportunity to build sales function from ground upTo Apply:Please submit your resume along with a brief note (2 paragraphs) covering:Your most successful B2B sales achievementWhy you are interested in selling to industrial/manufacturing companies
