We help industrial clients manage scrap disposal with 100% transparency, compliance, and fraud prevention. Current clients include YKK and Sumitomo Metal Industries. Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Executive Assistant to support our founder in scaling from 2 to 10+ enterprise clients over the next 6 months. This role is critical to our business development efforts and requires someone with B2B sales experience who can operate independently. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify target companies in manufacturing, automotive, steel, and industrial sectors Execute LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns to C-suite and senior decision-makers Schedule 3-4 qualified client meetings per week Prepare meeting materials, proposals, and presentations Manage CRM system and maintain sales pipeline Follow up with prospects and coordinate demos Support contract negotiations and pilot implementations Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales support or inside sales Proven track record selling to manufacturing or industrial companies Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: ₹50,000 per month Performance Bonus: ₹50,000 per enterprise client closed Realistic Year 1 Total Compensation: ₹6-8 lakhs Top performers can earn ₹10+ lakhs in Year 1 Direct mentorship from founder Opportunity to build sales function from ground up To Apply: Please submit your resume along with a brief note (2 paragraphs) covering: Your most successful B2B sales achievement Why you are interested in selling to industrial/manufacturing companies
