We are expanding rapidly and looking for experienced professionals to drive our coworking sales and client acquisition. Role Overview The Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, and enterprise account acquisitions for IA Spaces. The role requires a proven background in sales, with the ability to manage large accounts, build strategic partnerships and close high-value deals. You will lead end-to-end sales initiatives while positioning IA Spaces as the preferred workspace solution in the market. Key Responsibilities Lead sales efforts for coworking spaces across individuals, startups, SMEs, corporates and enterprise clients. Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. Proactively generate leads via inbound, outbound, broker and corporate channels. Conduct site tours, presentations and customized solution pitches to decision-makers. Negotiate, finalize proposals and close deals with high conversion ratios. Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients, brokers, and channel partners. Track sales performance, provide market insights and recommend pricing strategies. Collaborate with marketing, operations and community teams for seamless client onboarding and retention. Represent IA Spaces at industry events, networking forums and client engagements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of proven sales experience in coworking or commercial real estate. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue/occupancy targets. Established network with corporates, brokers, and real estate agents. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage high-value accounts and complex deal cycles. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
