This role will be responsible for creating immersive, high-end visual experiences across stores and studios, ensuring brand consistency, storytelling, and commercial impact.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the overall visual merchandising strategy aligned with luxury brand standards - Translate brand vision, collections, and design concepts into compelling in-store experiences - Lead store layouts, zoning, window displays, and seasonal VM campaigns - Collaborate with buying, design, marketing, and retail teams for cohesive storytelling - Manage VM budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination - Drive VM guidelines, manuals, and training for store teams - Oversee VM execution for new store launches and refurbishments - Analyze store performance and customer behavior to optimize visual impactCandidate Profile- 10–15+ years of experience in visual merchandising for luxury home décor / furniture / lifestyle brands - Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, materials, and spatial storytelling - Experience with high-end residential or experiential retail environments - Proven leadership in managing VM teams and agencies - Excellent creative, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
