Candidates must have hands-on experience in the Gurgaon market and a proven track record in sales.Key Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end sales for builder floors and residential properties - Attend client inquiries and conduct site visits - Maintain strong knowledge of projects from Adani, Birla, ROF, MRG, etc. - Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options - Build and maintain long-term client relationships - Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently - Keep updated market knowledge of Gurgaon real estate trends - Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams - Maintain sales reports and follow-up logsRequirements:- 3 to 5 years of experience in selling builder floors (mandatory) - Strong knowledge of Gurgaon real estate projects and micro-markets - Good communication and client-handling skills - Ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets - Must be proactive, confident, and target-driven - Prior experience with Adani, Birla, ROF, MRG projects is preferredWorking Days:- Full-time role, 6 days workingHow to Apply:Email: neha.rawat@Call: 9599635803
