We pride ourselves on honesty, regular progress updates, and hands-on senior expert support.Job Description:We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Amazon Ads. This role is for someone who understands ecommerce performance marketing, can manage and optimize campaigns independently, and is comfortable working with real budgets and real targets.You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, not just running ads.Key Responsibilities:Google Ads- Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns. - Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword management. - Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, conversion volume, and scalability. - Manage product feeds (Merchant Center basics) and troubleshoot disapprovals. - Run structured A/B tests on ads, keywords, and bidding strategies. - Monitor daily performance and take quick corrective actions.Amazon Ads- Plan and execute Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. - Conduct keyword research using Amazon data and tools. - Optimize bids, budgets, placements, and search terms for profitability. - Coordinate with listing optimization teams to improve ad performance. - Track TACoS, ACOS, keyword rankings, and campaign scalability. - Identify opportunities to expand from branded to non-branded growth.Reporting & Optimization- Track key metrics: ROAS, CPA, ACOS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, spend, and revenue. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights. - Share actionable recommendations for scaling or fixing campaigns. - Stay updated with Google and Amazon platform changes and best practices.Requirements:- 1–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Amazon Ads. - Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics (ROAS, margins, AOV, LTV, break-even ROAS). - Experience managing real ad budgets (not just test accounts). - Ability to independently launch, optimize, and scale campaigns. - Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and spreadsheets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Clear written and verbal communication in English. - Agency experience is a strong plus.Bonus Skills (Good to Have):- Experience with Performance Max and feed-based optimizations. - Understanding of listing optimization and conversion rate improvement. - Familiarity with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, Data Studio, or Looker. - Experience coordinating with creative, CRO, or content teams. - Knowledge of international marketplaces (US, UK, EU) is a plus.This Role Is NOT For You If You:- Have only theoretical knowledge and no hands-on execution experience. - Have never managed live budgets or client accounts. - Focus only on spending more instead of improving profitability. - Need constant hand-holding to execute tasks. - Are not comfortable with performance pressure and targets.Perks:- Competitive salary based on experience and skill level. - Exposure to multiple fast-growing ecommerce brands. - Opportunity to work on both Google Ads and Amazon Ads at scale. - Direct mentorship from senior performance marketers and the founder. - Clear growth path into Senior Performance Marketer / Account Lead roles.If you understand performance marketing beyond dashboards and know how to turn ad spend into profitable revenue, we’d like to hear from you.All the best :)Nishant AgrawalFounderProfit Pixel
