Performance Marketing Expert

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert specializing in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google to lead and execute paid marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and hands-on experience in scaling D2C brands through paid media.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive conversions and ROAS. - Develop ad strategies, audience segmentation, and retargeting to maximize ROI. - Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance. - Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, LTV) and provide data-driven insights. - Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives. - Stay updated with Meta’s latest ad policies, tools, and algorithm changes. - Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure profitability and growth. - Collaborate with the growth, content, and product teams to align marketing efforts.Requirements:- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for D2C brands. - Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget ad campaigns. - Strong analytical skills with expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics. - Deep understanding of audience targeting, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization. - Experience in Home Decor, or luxury brands is a plus. - Ability to create compelling ad copies and guide the creative team on best practices. - Performance-driven mindset with a passion for growth marketing.
