Job Title: Influencer Marketing ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building skills, understands social media trends, and can turn influencer collaborations into measurable business results.Key Responsibilities- Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and KOLs across social media platforms - Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies - Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and compensation - Coordinate content creation to ensure brand alignment and campaign objectives - Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) - Manage influencer budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns - Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices - Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and advertising regulationsRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing - Strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously - Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and tools - Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications- Experience working with influencer marketing platforms or CRM tools - Knowledge of paid social media and affiliate marketing - Experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, tech, or lifestyle brands - Understanding of content trends, short-form video, and live streamingKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Campaign reach and engagement rates - Cost per engagement / acquisition - Influencer content quality and brand alignment - Conversion and sales impact - Influencer retention and relationship qualityWhy Join Us- Opportunity to work with top creators and emerging talent - Fast-paced, creative work environment - Career growth in a rapidly expanding marketing field
