Performance Marketer

Role Overview: We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns with a strong focus on conversions and sales growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling campaigns and improving ROI for e-commerce or D2C brands.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook (Meta) & Google Ads campaigns Drive sales-focused and conversion-led marketing strategies Implement and improve Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across funnels Manage and optimize Shopify stores for performance and scalability Plan and execute sale campaigns, offers, and product launches Track performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages Prepare performance reports and actionable insightsRequired Skills & Experience:Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing Strong hands-on expertise in Meta & Google Ads Proven experience in CRO and funnel optimization Solid understanding of Shopify and e-commerce workflows Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage budgets efficiently and maximize ROI
