The ideal candidate will excel at planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid search campaigns while also supporting strong organic growth through SEO best practices. This role requires strong analytical ability, advanced knowledge of ad platforms, and a data-driven mindset to maximize ROI and drive continuous performance improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary: Google Ads (PPC) Management- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max. - Conduct keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and implement advanced bidding strategies to maximize performance. - Develop, write, and A/B test compelling ad creatives to improve CTR, conversion rates, and Quality Scores. - Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve performance KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPC, and CTR. - Set up and manage conversion tracking, UTM parameters, remarketing audiences, custom segments, and event tracking. - Manage and forecast campaign budgets to ensure efficient spend allocation and maximize ROI. - Analyze competitor PPC strategies and identify new opportunities for growth and scaling. - Ensure full compliance with Google Ads policies and platform guidelines.Secondary: Search Engine Optimization (SEO)- Perform keyword research and develop effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals. - Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, images, internal links, and URL structures. - Conduct technical SEO audits to improve site speed, indexing, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals. - Work with content teams to produce SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and product pages. - Execute ethical link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority and visibility. - Track organic performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. - Stay updated on industry changes, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO trends.Analytics & Reporting- Use GA4, Google Ads Dashboard, Search Console, and other analytics tools to monitor KPIs and user behavior. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations. - Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.Qualifications- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management (PPC) and SEO. - Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Taboola, etc. - Strong experience with SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and act on insights. - Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify. - Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are highly preferred.Key Competencies- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Excellent communication and ad copywriting skills. - Deep understanding of user intent, PPC funnels, and conversion optimization. - Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on measurable results.Work Environment- On-site, fast-paced, growth-focused environment with opportunities for skill development and career advancement.Additional Information (Disclaimer)- Shift Timing: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM IST (Australian International Process). - Office Location: Gurugram, Sector 48. - Transportation: Please note that we do not provide any transportation services such as cab facilities, nor do we offer any reimbursement for transportation expenses. - Company Website: Visit .au for more details about our company.
