Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Strategy- Develop comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. - Drive strategic time and resource management across teams to ensure optimal performance. - Lead crisis mitigation efforts by anticipating challenges and resolving issues proactively. - Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Present strategic plans, campaign ideas, and briefs to internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.Creator Management- Oversee end-to-end creator management, including communication, content alignment, calendar planning, and business negotiations. - Develop innovative and high-impact influencer and content strategies tailored to brand goals. - Evaluate and onboard new creators, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign requirements.Campaign Management- Lead flawless execution of influencer marketing campaigns across platforms, ensuring KPIs and deliverables are met. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating detailed insights, reports, and optimization recommendations. - Troubleshoot campaign issues with agility and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth execution.Team Management- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of associates and executives; ensure efficient workflow distribution and performance excellence. - Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team skillsets and overall productivity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer strategies with broader marketing initiatives.Skills & Qualifications Required- Minimum 7 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related domain. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders. - Proven experience in campaign planning and execution; ability to conceptualize and implement innovative marketing strategies. - Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Deep understanding of social media platforms, dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting metrics. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant influencer marketing or CRM tools.
