Funded by Fireside Ventures and Huddle Ventures, we’re on a mission to make “Everyday Healthware” a new standard in Indian homes.Role Description We are looking for aPerformance Marketing Managerto join our growing team and help scale Cumin Co’s digital growth engine. This role is ideal for someone who isdata-driven, execution-focused, and passionate about performance marketingacross paid channels (Meta, Google, Amazon, and more). You’ll work closely with the Growth and Creative teams to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities Execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns acrossMeta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and other performance channels. Managedaily budgets, bids, and pacingto ensure campaigns meet CAC, ROAS, and ROI goals. Assist inbuilding and monitoring campaign structures, ad sets, and creative variations for A/B testing. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to developad copies, visuals, and video assetsthat resonate with target audiences. Track and report key performance metrics — impressions, CTR, conversions, CAC, and ROAS. Analyze campaign data to derive insights and recommend optimizations. Stay updated onplatform algorithm changes, emerging ad formats, and new growth opportunities. Work with external agencies or internal teams to align on performance goals and timelines.Requirements 3–4 years of experience inperformance marketing— preferably inD2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands. Hands-on experience managing campaigns onMeta Ads ManagerandGoogle Ads. Strong analytical skills; proficiency withGoogle Analytics, Meta Insights, and Excel/Sheets. Basic understanding ofattribution models, LTV/CAC analysis, and pixel/tagging setup. Creative eye for what makes content convert — data + storytelling mindset.
