From HR news and insights to exclusive interviews and thought leadership, we are building a people-first knowledge hub.Content Writer – HR Media (ThePeoplesBoard) Key Responsibilities ·Content Development:Research, write, and edit long-form articles, interviews, blog posts, and HR-focused thought pieces with clarity, depth, and originality. ·Corporate & Subject Writing:Deliver structured, insight-driven content that simplifies complex HR, leadership, and workplace topics for our professional audience. ·Creative Storytelling:Bring a fresh perspective to HR themes by combining data, trends, and human stories while ensuring alignment with our brand voice. ·Editorial & Calendar Management:Contribute to maintaining the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content across formats (articles, newsletters, social media, video scripts). ·Multimedia Collaboration:Support video interviews, podcasts, and panel discussions with research, scripting, and content planning. ·Audience Engagement:Use analytics, feedback, and industry benchmarks to refine content and enhance audience reach and impact.Qualifications ·Experience:3+ years in content writing/editing, preferably in HR, business, or corporate domains.
