Social Media Executive – ShopStock (Automotive B2B Brand) Location:Gurugram (Hybrid) |Type:Full-Time Contract |Experience:2–3 Years About ShopStock ShopStock is a B2B wholesale auto parts brand catering to professional repair shops, fleet operators, and jobbers in the USA. With a strong focus on competitive pricing, brand partnerships, and innovation, ShopStock is building digital-first marketing strategies to engage professional buyers and expand its footprint. Role Overview We’re looking for a passionate and innovativeSocial Media Executiveto lead ShopStock’s digital and promotional marketing initiatives. The role involves managingemail campaigns, social media strategy, website promotions, LinkedIn marketing, and digital communication . This is a hands-on role requiring experience in content creation, campaign execution, and analytics. Over time, the position will expand to supportB2C websiteswithin the NewParts Group. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing Develop, schedule, and manage ShopStock’s social media calendar Create and post educational and promotional content (static, carousel, reels/videos) RunLinkedIn ad campaignstargeting B2B professionals Track and analyze campaign performance using platform insights Stay updated on USA automotive B2B digital trends 2. Email Marketing & Automation Plan and executeemail campaignsfor offers, promotions, and newsletters Work withMailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot(experience with at least one required) Segment audiences (repair shops, jobbers, fleets) for targeted campaigns Track performance metrics — open rate, CTR, conversions, etc. 3. Website Communication & Promotions Coordinate with theSr. Manager – ShopStockandCentral Design Teamto update banners, offers, and landing pages Maintain promotional pop-ups and website visuals to drive conversions 4. Content Creation & Design Create high-quality creatives and short videos using: Adobe Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Canva / Figmafor quick designs Filmora / CapCut / Final Cut Profor video editing Write compelling captions, ad copy, and headlines for the USA B2B audience Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms 5.
