Job Title:Jewellery Production Merchandiser (Gold & Diamond)Location:GurgaonExperience:1–4 years (Jewellery manufacturing / export house / job-work ecosystem)About the RoleWe are looking for a Jewellery Production Merchandiser to coordinate end-to-end manufacturing of gold & diamond jewellery. This is a production and factory-facing role, not a retail or visual merchandising role.The role involves job-work coordination, karigar follow-ups, WIP tracking, and delivery ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Job-Work CoordinationCoordinate with karigars, casting units, setters, polishers, and QCTrack daily progress of orders:CAD approvalWax / castingSettingPolishingFinal QCEnsure timelines are met and delays are escalated earlyOrder Tracking & MerchandisingMaintain order-wise WIP trackingUpdate production status in ERP / software / ExcelEnsure design specifications, stone details, and gold weights are followedCoordinate sample and bulk productionVendor & Factory Follow-upsDaily follow-ups with job workersCoordinate inward & outward movement of jewelleryEnsure proper tagging, issue slips, and receiptsFulfilment SupportCoordinate with internal teams for:Accounts (job-work payments)Logistics (dispatch readiness)Ensure orders are completed as per committed delivery datesWhat We’re Looking ForMandatoryPrior experience in gold & diamond jewellery manufacturingUnderstanding of job-work processesComfortable speaking to karigars and factory vendorsStrong follow-up and coordination skillsWhy Join UsDirect exposure to end-to-end jewellery manufacturingFast learning and high ownershipClear growth path to Senior Merchandiser / Production Manager
