Senior Legal Associate (Rs. 15 Lakh + CTC)

Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate (with an experience of 5 end to end IPO transactions on the Main Board, this is non-negotiable) to join our Capital Markets team at our Gurgaon office. The role involves working on a variety of transactions in capital markets including but not limited to IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs etc.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end execution and assist the Partner in capital markets transactions along with other projects - Draft and review offer documents, agreements and regulatory filings - Advise clients on ICDR, LODR, Companies Act and other applicable regulations - Liaise with clients, merchant bankers, regulators and other intermediaries - Conduct legal due diligence and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders - Mentor interns and contribute to knowledge sharingQualifications:- LL.B. from a recognised university - 2+ year of relevant experience in capital markets with a minimum experience of managing 5 IPO transactions end to end on Mainboard - Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing requirements and transaction documentation - Excellent drafting, communication and client-handling skillsPreferred Attributes:- Detail-oriented - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong will to deliver project tasks within the timeline - Affinity for primary researchBenefits:- Part of a small and dynamic team with the right balance between learning from Partners and Peers - Salary as per Industry Standards or Better (CTC - Rs. 15 Lakh or more) - Great Learning Culture
