Informatica Data Engineer (Night Shift - PST; Immediate Joiners Only)

Job Title: ETL Data EngineerBase Location: HyderabadDuration: Permanent with Numeric TechnologiesJob Type: RemoteShift Timings: Night Shift (10.00 pm to 06.00 am) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst / Data Engineer with 7+ years of experience who can investigate complex data issues, reverse engineer existing data pipelines, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Informatica (cloud), and Databricks, along with the ability to understand end-to-end data flows across systems. This role requires mandatory support during night shifts. Key Responsibilities:· Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify data inconsistencies and quality issues· Reverse engineer and document existing SQL queries, stored procedures, IDMC taskflows, and Databricks pyspark notebooks· Work closely with business stakeholders to understand problem statements and translate them into technical solutions· Investigate upstream and downstream data flows to trace data lineage and identify root causes of issues· Debug and resolve data issues across multiple systems and pipelines· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, and business users· Improve data quality, reliability, and performance of data pipelines· Maintain proper documentation of data processes, mappings, and fixes· Provide mandatory night shift support for production issues and critical business operationsRequired Skills & Qualifications:· 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or related roles· Strong proficiency in SQL and database concepts· Hands-on experience with IDMC/Informatica (ETL development and debugging)· Ability to analyze, interpret, and reverse engineer complex stored procedures, functions, and PySpark-based notebooks· Ability to analyze and reverse engineer data objects used in Java-based and other UI-driven applications, document root cause analysis (RCA), and implement fixes in backend SQL and Informatica code· Experience working with Databricks or any Spark-based data processing platform· Solid understanding of data modelling especially ER model· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills· Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications:· Experience working with SAP and within the semiconductor/hi-tech/advanced manufacturing domains· Familiarity with data lineage and data governance tools· Knowledge of Python or PySpark· Experience working in Agile environments--Thanks and regards.Mohan Krishna Rajendran Technical Recruitment SpecialistPhone: 7396288306 Numeric Technologies – Hyderabad, IND
