The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing deep functional expertise and hands-on technical solutions across multiple HCM modules.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional ResponsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM modules including:Core HR / HRMSPayroll (North America / Global)Benefits AdministrationTime & LaborAbsence ManagementTalent Management (Recruiting, Performance, Learning)Lead business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentationConduct Fit/Gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutionsConfigure PeopleSoft HCM modules to meet business needsPrepare and review Functional Design Documents (FDDs)Support UAT, system testing, and end-user trainingProvide post-production support and continuous improvementsTechnical ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance PeopleSoft HCM solutions using:PeopleCode (Advanced & Application Classes)Application EngineComponent InterfacesApplication DesignerSQR, SQL, BI PublisherDesign and support integrations using:Integration BrokerREST/SOAP web servicesThird-party vendor integrationsPerform data conversion, data migration, and reconciliationApply PeopleSoft PUM images, tax updates, patches, and bundlesTroubleshoot and resolve complex production issuesSupport and enhance PeopleSoft Fluid UI componentsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional experienceStrong understanding of HCM business processes and system architectureExperience with PeopleTools 9.2Advanced SQL and debugging skillsExperience in implementation, upgrade, and AMS/support engagementsExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
