The role is critical for driving digital transformation ensuring IT infrastructure aligns with business goals and maintaining a high level of information security. The successful candidate will lead a team and manage a portfolio of projects including large scale SAP Microsoft and cybersecurity initiatives.Key DeliverablesStrategic leadership and planning- Develop and execute the country's IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with global IT and business objectives with a focus on efficiency innovation and competitive advantage - Manage the IT budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources for projects operations and strategic initiatives - Establish and track key IT performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and value of IT servicesDigital transformation and technology management- Lead digitization initiatives across the value chain such as smart factory supply chain optimization and advanced analytics - Oversee implementation maintenance and optimization of the SAP landscape ensuring strong system performance and integration with MES - Direct the use of the Microsoft enterprise ecosystem such as Azure Microsoft 365 and Dynamics to improve collaboration productivity and cloud adoptionInformation security and compliance- Develop implement and enforce an information security strategy to safeguard company assets intellectual property and data across all sites - Lead major cybersecurity initiatives including implementation of tools such as endpoint detection and response and SIEM - Ensure all IT operations comply with relevant regulations industry standards and internal policies including data privacy and IT general controlsPeople and vendor management- Lead mentor and develop the IT team to build a high performing customer focused and innovative culture - Manage relationships with key vendors service providers and technology partners to ensure quality service and favorable commercial termsRequirements- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science information technology business administration or a related field - Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership or head of IT role preferably in manufacturing or industrial operations - Proven experience leading large scale digital transformation and enterprise wide IT projects - Strong expertise in SAP including ECC or S4HANA implementation functional support and integration with manufacturing systems - Strong understanding of modern Microsoft technologies including cloud platforms such as Azure the M365 suite and data or AI services - Extensive experience in developing and managing an enterprise information security program and deploying related security tools - Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT and with manufacturing IT standardsCompetencies- Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels, from the shop floor to executive leadership. - Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team development and change management. - Strong project and program management capabilities, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.Olam Agri is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
