Locations: GurugramExperience: 15-20 YearsRole: Chief AI OfficerMust-Have:- Strategic AI Leadership - AI Governance & Compliance - Product Innovation & Integration - Capability Building - Stakeholder EngagementResponsibility:- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science technologies. - Strong understanding of Corporate Actions lifecycle and Capital Market processes. - Proven experience in enterprise-scale AI and GenAI implementation within financial services. - Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; certifications in AI governance preferred.GenAI-Specific Skills- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering. - Ability to design GenAI solutions for financial workflows (e.g., automated corporate action notifications, client query handling). - Knowledge of model fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and secure deployment of GenAI in regulated environments. - Familiarity with AI ethics for generative models, including bias mitigation and explainability.Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with SWIFT MT/MX messaging standards and ISO 20022. - Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms, MLOps, and data governance. - Ability to balance innovation with regulatory compliance in banking and capital markets.
