The Senior Content Executive – Life Insurance will play a critical role in supporting this philosophy by delivering deep product analysis, research-backed insights, and impactful sales content. The role demands a research-oriented, high-ownership professional who can bridge product expertise with compelling communication to drive business outcomes.Key Responsibilities1. Product Analysis & Strategic Insights- Perform in-depth analysis of Life and Health Insurance products including Term, ULIP, Annuity, Savings, and Riders. - Evaluate product structure, pricing, benefits, IRR, charges, fund performance, and policy conditions. - Generate clear comparative insights highlighting Bajaj Capital’s recommended propositions versus competitors. - Support Product Head with data-backed insights for product positioning and strategy.2. Sales Pitches & Campaign Collateral- Conceptualize and develop sales pitch decks, product notes, brochures, and campaign creatives for Life Insurance offerings. - Ensure all content is advisor-friendly, persuasive, and aligned with regulatory norms. - Support national and zonal sales campaigns with customized pitch material.3. Qualitative & Quantitative Research- Conduct market and competitor research to track industry trends, insurer strategies, and customer preferences. - Integrate qualitative research with quantitative outputs such as: - IRR and benefit illustrations - ULIP fund performance dashboards - Long-term value comparisons - Present insights in a simplified, actionable format for sales teams.4. Product Benchmarking & Research Tools- Use internal systems, insurer portals, and external research tools to benchmark Life Insurance products. - Create and maintain “Select Lists” / Preferred Product Lists to guide advisor recommendations. - Regularly update competitor comparison trackers and product intelligence reports.5. Sales Enablement & Financial Awareness Initiatives- Develop technical playbooks and selling guides for: - Term Insurance - Annuities - ULIPs (IRR-led selling) - Drive bi-monthly financial awareness campaigns aligned to Bajaj Capital’s customer education ethos. - Strengthen sales motivation by publishing: - Success stories - High-performing case studies - Best-practice selling narratives6.
