Our client is a software company that specializes in integrating Cloud contact center technology directly into enterprise systems like CRMs, ERPs, ITSMs, and custom applications, helping agents work seamlessly without switching platformsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Develop strategies to attract top talent.Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.2. Employee RelationsServe as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.3. Performance ManagementOversee performance review processes.Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.Identify development and improvement opportunities.4. HR Policies & ComplianceDevelop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and coordinate learning programs.Facilitate leadership and professional development initiatives.6. Compensation & BenefitsAdminister salary structures, incentives, and benefits programs.Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews.7. HR OperationsOversee HRIS and employee data management.Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
