We are hiring for Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition ( EMEA and APAC regions)with Leading Global Company for Gurgaon: -Experience:15+ Years Function:Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Reporting To:Functional Head Notice Period: - Immediate to 15 DaysRole Summary:- We are looking for a seasonedSenior Manager – Talent Acquisitionwith15+ years of end-to-end TA experience , primarily focused onglobal IT hiring . The role will lead and drive talent acquisition strategies acrossEMEA and APAC regions , ensuring timely and high-quality hiring aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities Leadend-to-end talent acquisitionfor IT and technology roles across global markets. DriveEMEA and APAC hiringstrategies, including workforce planning and demand forecasting. Partner closely with theFunctional Head and senior stakeholdersto understand business needs and translate them into hiring plans. Manage and optimizefull-cycle recruitment : requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding. Build strong pipelines forniche and critical IT skillsacross regions. Lead, mentor, and develop TA teams; set performance metrics and ensure delivery excellence. Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience across global markets. Manage recruitment vendors, RPO partners, and external agencies. Track and report key hiring metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, diversity goals).Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of experienceinend-to-end Talent Acquisition , with a strong focus onIT hiring . Proven experience handlingglobal recruitmentforEMEA and APAC regions . Deep understanding ofIT roles, emerging technologies, and skill markets . Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. Experience in leading large-scale hiring programs and senior-level IT positions. Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed, and global environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Preferred Qualifications MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Exposure to global ATS tools and data-driven recruitment practices. Experience in scaling IT teams for large or multinational organizations.
