People Staffing Manager(Human Resources)

Role PurposeThe People Analytics Manager is a strategic, data-driven problem solver with a people-first mindset. This role leads the development and execution of people analytics across Publicis Groupe ANZ, translating workforce data into actionable insights that drive engagement, retention, and performance. The role also plays a key part in simplifying and automating reporting and operational processes using AI and automation tools.Please Note : This role is open for Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad Locations and is an APAC shift roleEarly and immediate joiners are preferredKey Responsibilities- Work with People Operations Director to design and deliver people analytics dashboards and reports (e.g. turnover, engagement, onboarding). - Partner with People & Culture and Finance to interpret data and inform decision-making. - Identify trends and risks using predictive analytics and workforce insights. - Drive automation of reporting and analytics processes using tools like Power BI, Python, or Power Automate. - Support operational projects that benefit from AI and automation. - Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy standards. - Lead and develop the People Analyst, fostering growth, capability building, and a collaborative team culture. - Provide thought leadership on data strategy and champion data-driven decision-making across the People & Culture function.Skills & Experience- 5+ years in HR analytics, data science, or business intelligence. - Strong experience with HRIS, analytics platforms, and automation tools. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and storytelling with data. - Experience in AI-driven reporting or process automation is highly desirable.
