Every life is a story, every heartbeat matters, and every soul deserves the chance to thriveAt Medanta Foundation, we are looking for a passionate Human Resources Professional to join our team:Job Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end HR function – from manpower planning, hiring, onboarding to exit processes - Build effective hiring channels for all CSR roles. Recruit effectively, track % of positions closed within agreed timelines, monitor quality of new hires - Support Foundation leadership in planning talent needs for different programs - Drive learning and development programs for team - Drive performance management and learning & development programs for team - Manage all employee matters - Take care of HR operations, payroll, statutory compliances, and records - Create and run HR policies, processes, and practices for CSR initiatives - Partner with leaders to align people practices with the Foundation’s mission and impactful goalsWork Location : GurgaonWork Days : 6 days from office
