Recruiter (Product-based Companies)

If you have primary experience in closing roles for product-based companies, this is for YOU! As a key player in our talent acquisition process, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in recruitment for roles of product-based companies (preferably startups)Key Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing the right profiles from US-specific job portals like Dice, LinkedIn and Indeed and for India-specific job portals like Naukri. 2. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify top talent 3. Managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs 4. Utilizing ATS to streamline the recruitment process and track candidate data 5. Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends 6. Negotiating job offers 7. Collaborating with team members to ensure successful recruitment outcomes Looking primarily for people who can work as an IC (Individual Contributor) first and later evolve into a mixed role where they may be required to manage a team of 3-5 junior recruiters/interns.
