Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions. - Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.). - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. - Track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to inform recruitment strategies.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree - Effective communication skills - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Experience working with Microsoft Office suite - High-energy and passion - Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
