Role: Technical RecruiterExp: 4 to 6 yrs.Qualification: B. tech/ MBA (HR)Location: GurgaonTechnical Recruiter duties and responsibilities- Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to identify and attract top talent in the technical field - Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role - Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks - Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members - Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, including timely communication and feedback - Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating offers and closing candidates - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisitionRequirements and Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - At least 4 years of experience in technical recruiting - Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools - Proven experience in recruiting technical positions such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals - Ability to understand technical job requirements and evaluate candidates’ technical skills - Experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels - Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to recruiting and hiring - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates - Strong organizational and time management skillsRegards,Neerav Soanii
