Joining Crossing Hurdles at this pivotal stage means being part of a close-knit, ambitious group set on redefining hiring standards internationally.Key Responsibilities :- End-to-end recruitment for US-based product company roles (tech & non-tech) - Source and close candidates using Dice, Monster (US), Naukri, LinkedIn and ATS platforms - Drive candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer management - Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records on recruitment systems - Collaborate on client mandates, process improvements, and market researchWho We're Looking For :- 0–2 years’ experience in hands-on recruitment, with a proven track record of closing roles for product-based companies (US or Indian preferred) - Previous use of US job portals (Dice, Monster preferred) and Indian platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn) is required - Driven professionals with strong communication and sourcing skills - Ability to multitask, maintain high attention to detail, and adapt to new platforms - Desire to work with international clients and grow in global recruitmentWhat You’ll Gain :- Structured experience handling US product hiring mandates - Hands-on exposure to top global portals (Dice, Monster) and ATS workflows - Front-row seat as Crossing Hurdles establishes itself in the US market - Performance-driven variable pay and career advancement opportunities - Certificate & letter of excellence based on achievement
