We further plan to scale up existing facilities and expand into a few more geographical areas and also identify new avenues (Academics - Medical College) within the Healthcare eco-system.As we continue to scale and grow into new geographies, explore innovative methods of healthcare delivery, we are looking to hire exceptionally motivated and talented professionals to join our team and be partners in this exciting journey.Medanta is constantly growing including launch of 'out-of-hospital' divisions which are comprehensive homecare services, pathology and pharmacy.Role OverviewThe role focuses on lead generation, strong doctor engagement, patient counselling, and driving conversions for homecare services.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads for Medanta Homecare services (nursing, physiotherapy, medical equipment, post-discharge care, etc.)Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and internal hospital stakeholdersConduct patient and family counselling to explain homecare offerings and benefitsDrive closures and ensure revenue achievement as per assigned targetsCoordinate with operations and clinical teams for smooth service deliveryMaintain accurate sales MIS, follow-ups, and reportingSupport in day-to-day sales initiatives and market expansion activitiesEligibility & Experience5+ years of experience in healthcare salesPreference for candidates from hospitals, homecare, medical devices, or healthcare servicesStrong communication, counselling, and negotiation skillsResult-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
