The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges. Responsibilities include creating and executing therapy plans, providing one-on-one or group therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide effective and tailored therapy solutions and actively participate in improving clients’ communication outcomes.Qualifications- Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and strong understanding of typical and atypical speech development - Expertise in assessing and managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders - Experience in handling and treating Dysphagia and related conditions - Ability to tailor interventions to meet individual patient needs effectively - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting - Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field - Licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology as per regulations - Prior experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
