Job Description:
Responsibilities -- Negotiate on prices with vendors (Paper, plastic, flexibles & metals) for cost effective operations. - Ensure optimum utilization of the budget allotted for packaging material. - Execute all activities related to procurement of material, from intent of purchase to ensuring timely delivery & upholding the quality of the material. - Ensure proper record keeping of all the expenses incurred for procurement - Prepare documents such as contracts, bids, proposals and vendor agreements, price quotes and acceptance to terms and specifications for legal purposes - Resolve vendor claims and contracts and ensure adherence to company policy - Development of Alternative/ New Vendors.Experience - 10-15 yearsQualification - Passed out from IIP
