By analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data, our team helps decision-makers make informed choices that can positively impact their organization's performance and bottom line. We work across diverse industries and sectors like Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences and Logistics, including market research, strategy, sales and marketing, R&D, and more.Key Responsibilities:• Work as part of Evalueserve’s on-site team supporting the Strategy and Business Development function for an Aluminium SBU in the Middle East.• Focus on topics such as supply demand outlook, asset and project economics, customer and segment evaluation, and growth opportunities across the aluminium value chain (bauxite, alumina, smelting, and downstream).• Combine market analysis, financial modelling, and regular interaction with client stakeholders to support decision making.• Support the Senior Consultant and client team on strategy and business development projects across the aluminium value chain.• Build and maintain financial and economic models for assets and projects under guidance (for example, asset cash flows, project IRR and NPV, simple scenarios and sensitivities).• Conduct market and competitive analysis for aluminium and related commodities, including supply demand balance, cost curves, trade flows, and benchmarking of peer companies.• Support analysis of customers and segments, including review of customer data, basic analysis of customer satisfaction survey results, and preparation of simple customer and application profiles.• Prepare well-structured slides, exhibits, and write ups that summarise analysis and recommendations in a clear way.• Participate in on-site meetings with the client team, capture actions, and follow through on assigned tasks.Qualifications and Skills:• Relevant experience in strategy, business development, or consulting, in metals, mining, and especially aluminium value chain. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.• Strong understanding of basic economics and financial concepts (cash flows, IRR, NPV, sensitivities), and comfort with Excel-based models.• Demonstrated experience in market and competitive analysis, preferably for commodities or industrial products.• Experience working with or supporting customer facing or business development teams (for example, key accounts, product development with customers, or structured customer research) is a strong plus.• Very good command of spoken and written English.• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, and ability to create clear and precise client ready outputs.• Willingness to be based on-site in the Middle East and work closely with client teams.Interested candidates can share their profiles at amit.rana2@
