The Fabrication Shop Head will oversee daily fabrication operations, ensure optimal resource allocation, and implement production plans to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities will include managing manufacturing workflows, maintaining quality standards, enforcing compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
