Job Description:
Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure excellence in every plate while inspiring the kitchen team with innovation and precision.Key Responsibilities- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and daily kitchen operations - Harness deep knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and textures to create harmonious dishes - Supervise food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain consistency and quality - Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff - Ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining calm and efficiency - Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas - Contribute creative ideas for seasonal menus, special events, and signature dishes - Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to guarantee fresh, high-quality produceQualifications- Culinary degree or professional training - Minimum 7–8years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a sous chef role - Strong knowledge of cuisines and modern cooking techniques - Excellent leadership and teamwork skills - Good Communication SkillsWhat We’re Looking For- Passion for food and creativity - Commitment to quality and sustainability
