The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega PRPC, case management, and decisioning, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end architecture for Pega-based applications and solutionsLead implementation of Pega PRPC applications including case management and workflowsDefine best practices, coding standards, and guardrails for development teamsCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirementsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to Pega developersEnsure performance optimization, scalability, and security of Pega applicationsOversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and microservicesDrive CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices for Pega deploymentsConduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrailsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (version 7.x / 8.x or higher)Expertise in case management, workflows, decisioning, and rules engineExperience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, Kafka, JMS, etc.)Knowledge of Pega frameworks like Customer Service, Sales Automation, or Smart DisputeStrong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and enterprise integrationExperience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsCertified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA)Experience in telecom domainExposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with performance tuning and troubleshooting Pega applicationsResponsibilities (High-Level)Own overall Pega solution architectureEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standardsDrive delivery quality and technical excellenceAct as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders
