Job Title: Project Engineer / Incharge (Electrical)Location: Gurgaon, Delhi NCRJob Type: Full-timeExperience Level: 8–10 yearsFunction: Handling Electrical Projects (Electrical)Industry: Construction / Infrastructure (Electrical Engineer Only)About the RoleWe are hiring a Project Incharge (Electrical) to coordinate with clients through day-to-day meetings and oversee commercial & billing aspects of electrical works across our projects. You will be responsible for BOQ interpretation, RA billing, contractor bill verification, material reconciliation, and progress reporting — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely clearances.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams through regular site and review meetings. - Interpret BOQs, drawings, and specifications for electrical works. - Prepare and submit RA bills and final bills with proper measurement and documentation. - Verify contractor and subcontractor bills against executed quantities. - Track and reconcile material consumption versus BOQ and site usage. - Maintain records of measurements, drawings, and approvals. - Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports. - Support commercial closures, variation statements, and extra item justifications. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual terms, and quality standards. - Assist in handover documentation and project close-out activities.Required Skills & Competencies- Strong understanding of electrical BOQs, billing, and measurement systems. - Experience in handling commercial aspects of electrical projects. - Good coordination and client-handling skills. - Ability to work independently at site with minimal supervision. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred. - Good documentation and reporting skills.Qualifications- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.Experience- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in electrical project execution with exposure to billing, BOQ, and client coordination. - Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure electrical projects preferred.
