Location: RemoteWorking Hours: As per shift scheduleResponsibilities:Providing Technical support on Email Authentication protocols, DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, BIMI and acting as a subject matter expertProviding pre and post-sales technical support to customers.Performing product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers/partners.Answering product-related queries in a timely manner.Providing Support to clientsEvaluating customers needs to suggest upgrades or additional features.Engaging directly with sales and account teams to support pre-sales activities. Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.Ensuring deliverables arrive on time and in good condition.Developing excellent working relationships with partner organizations to ensure effective collaboration in responding to customer needsDetermining the technical requirements to meet client goals and acting as a liaison between the organization’s sales/business development and engineering groupsTraining customers/partners to use their products.Providing reports to developers and stakeholders on product performance.Carrying out proof of value to customers/partners Preparing and developing proof of concept reportsImplementing email authentication controls for clients along with DMARC enforcementQualifications:Fluent written and verbal English Language (MUST)Effective communicator (must)Fast learnerTechnical subject matter expert in Email Authentication Protocols (DMARC,SPF,DKIM,BIMI,MTA-STS,TLS-RPT)Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skillsAbility to perform under rigid time frames for multiple clients simultaneouslyAbility to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goalsAbility to work in a strong collaborative atmosphereShow initiative and be self-motivatedPerform well in a fast-paced networked environmentFlexibility and the ability to change priorities quicklyUnderstanding of Cyber Security, Email Authentication (SPF/DKIM,DMARC,BIMI,MTA-STS,TLS-RPT)Can work in different shift times
