What you’ll work on:• Designing & deploying agentic workflows (Semantic Kernel / LangGraph / AutoGen / CrewAI)• Building tool-calling flows, RAG pipelines, and hybrid search• Deploying AI agents on cloud (containers, identity, monitoring)• Implementing observability, evaluation, security & guardrailsWhat we’re looking for:✔ 4–5 years GenAI app dev experience✔ Strong Python (asyncio, typing, pytest, CI/CD)✔ Hands-on with an Agentic AI framework✔ Experience with vector stores & retrieval systems✔ Cloud deployment + monitoring + security fundamentalsBonus skills:Multi-agent patterns, Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch/Pinecone, DevOps (Docker/K8s), frontend integration for agent UIs.
