Join us to be a part of the leader in quality digital experience testing.About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Automation Lead to head our professional services automation team. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of automation scripts for enterprise clients, managing a team of automation script developers, and ensuring successful delivery of automation solutions across diverse environments.Key Responsibilities:- Leadership & Delivery - Lead a team of automation engineers/scripters to deliver high-quality automation solutions. - Own end-to-end delivery of automation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction. - Act as the primary technical point of contact for automation-related engagements. - Automation Development - Design and develop reusable, modular, and scalable automation scripts using no-code/low-code platforms or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.). - Integrate automation flows with CI/CD pipelines, test orchestration platforms, and third-party systems (e.g., OTP flows, protected screens, fallback logic). - Maintain and enhance script repositories, ensuring version control and documentation. - Client Engagement - Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions. - Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for client teams. - Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations. - Process & Quality - Define and enforce best practices for script development, testing, and deployment. - Monitor automation performance and proactively identify areas for optimization. - Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and information security standards.Required Skills & Experience:- 5–8 years of experience in automation scripting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or client-facing role. - Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Mozark Automation Studio, or similar). - Experience with test orchestration platforms and device farms. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git). - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working with BFSI, Fintech, or OTT clients is a plus.-
